The patient signs up with a registered HPCSA doctor, submits an intake sheet, and the doctor speaks with them and reviews their documents — all online, with no appointment to book.
Prescription
The doctor issues a prescription for the unregistered scheduled medicine.
Section 21 Approval
Documentation is compiled and submitted to SAHPRA for Section 21 approval.
Dispense & record
Once approved, the prescription is filled by the pharmacy and recorded in the Schedule 6 register.
Delivery & follow-Up
The medicine is couriered to the patient or their chosen Cannexus pick-up point on a six-month prescription, with doctor follow-up.
Cannexus is the platform that connects this chain — the licensed cultivator, GMP packager, SAPC pharmacy and HPCSA doctor. Prescribing and dispensing are performed by the registered doctor and pharmacy; your Cannexus hub is the appointed pick-up point where patients collect.

You go to www.section21.co.za or www.cannexushub.co.za and fill out the document make your payment for SAHPRA, DR and Service. Then fill out your docs that are sent to the DR. Our team will call you for as apointment and you will then speak with a DR. He will send all details to SAHPRA, ones they approve we will inform you. Your perscription is set into the system so you can see how much products you can collect. A loyalty program is connected with this on your own account to see and find different stores.
