- Member Pricing Compliance – Honour 10–15% member pricing for subscribed patients. This drives loyalty, increases basket size, and embeds compliant pricing structures into daily operations.
- SOP & Register Maintenance – Follow the Cannexus-issued Standard Operating Procedures and maintain all required compliance registers accurately and consistently.
- Patient Verification Protocols – Scan patient card/QR code at every visit to confirm Section 21 validity and membership status, ensuring defensible patient records.
- Data Protection – Apply POPIA-aligned policies in all patient interactions, safeguarding personal information and ensuring lawful processing
